welcomesign_smallThe Red Bridge Lodge is a newly renovated 113 year old rock home located on Spring Creek in downtown Hot Springs. The home is full of history and charm featuring outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail. From the cherry living room to the brand new custom kitchen and baths, the home is an exquisite blend of old and new.

The home is approximately 3200 SF, has 4 BR’s, 3 full baths and is perfect for larger groups, multiple families, reunions, girls weekends, etc. The knotty pine master BR is huge and features a king size bed, a twin bed and a queen sized futon, if needed. The second upper level BR is maple and has a queen size sleigh bed and a twin bed. The third upper level bedroom is the “Robin’s Nest” and features two twin beds. The fourth BR is on the main level and features another king size bed and maple walls and ceiling as well. The 3 full baths are newly renovated and features octagonal floor tile and subway tile showers.

The sunroom features an exposed rock wall, another flat screen TV, sofa, reading chairs and great views of the back yard and patio. The custom kitchen and dining room feature 20 foot vaulted ceilings with skylights, exposed beams, exposed rock wall, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a huge farm table made from recycled barn wood. There is also a laundry/mud room for your convenience. There is a large rear rock patio with seating for 10 and a large charcoal BBQ. The side covered porch has a porch swing, two gliders, mountain views and is perfect for getting some shade on a hot day. The backyard is the jewel of the property and has several Adirondack chairs, a fire pit and access to the refreshing swimming and/or fishing hole! The property is also adjacent to The Old Red Bridge, which was built in 1910.
